Title: Flavored Olives

1 Lemon
1cGreen Sicilian olives
1cKalamata olives
1cOil cured black olives
3smWhole dried chilies
1tbOlive oil
1tsFennel seeds, crushed
1/2tsThyme
1/4tsCoarse grind black pepper
1 Bay leaf

Squeeze enough juice from lemon to make 1 tablespoon and cut 4 strips zest. Combine with other ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.

Spoon into sterilized wide mouth jars. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.

Per 1/8 cup: 110 cal., 2g pro., 10g fat, 5g carb., 675mg sod., 0mg chol., 2 1/3 fat exchanges.
